Whenever you’re due and wherever you plan to give birth (or if you don’t know yet!), come to Bumps, Birth & Brews to get personalised birth advice from a trained hypnobirth coach and antenatal teacher, ask questions about your options and choices, meet other expectant parents… and enjoy some delicious homemade treats.

Hypnobirthing has a terrible name. The ‘hypno’ part really throws people off - and rightly so! It sounds kinda… fluffy.

But it’s not just some woo-woo deep breathing, chanting or repeating positive affirmations (ok, there is a dash of that…).

It’s confidence. It’s a way of understanding your body, your baby and
your choices around birth.

It’s techniques and practises that enable you to be fully present and
prepared for a birth that works for you, your partner and your baby.

There’s no such thing as the perfect birth plan, or even a birth that
perfectly follows one. What there is, are empowered parents who are
confident in themselves, ready to birth powerfully and make informed
choices about their baby and their birthspace.

Your group hypnobirthing and complete antenatal course includes:

  • 4 x in-person, group antenatal classes - hosted at Thrive & Wild, Winchester

  • Structured and supportive environment where you can ask questions and receive support, as well as benefit from up to date information

  • Recorded and guided relaxations and exercises to do in your own time

  • Reading list and option to borrow books, as required

  • A copy of highly-recommended - The Hypnobirthing Book

  • Birth plan template to share with your midwives and birth team

Before having my own daughter, I had experienced the power of hypnotherapy and qualified in 2023 as Life & Success Coach and Hypnosis Practitioner.
